Preparation - Shipment

Your pack shipment

Order are generally dispatched between 3-7 Business days after receipt of payment.

Packages are shipped via Thailand Post/DHL/FEDEX with tracking number and drop-off with signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We can group two distinct orders placed separately.

Special care is taken to protect all the parts. The boxes are selected based on the size of your order.

Customs charges (If any) are independent to each country and are at the recipient's expense.
