General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Products

All products offered for sale on directmotoparts.com are described and presented as accurately as possible.

However, despite all precautions taken, errors or omissions (descriptive, typographical, or photographic) may occur.

Such errors shall not engage the liability of Power Phuket Co Ltd. and may be corrected or modified at any time.

All product offers are subject to availability, both from Power Phuket Co Ltd. and its suppliers.

2. Prices and Customs Duties

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and exclusive of any customs duties or import taxes.

Important:

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

Power Phuket Co Ltd. shall not be held liable for such charges or their amount.

3. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order will be sent to the customer.

This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order, which remains subject to product availability.

4. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

Secure online credit/debit card payment via PayPal, Stripe et 2C2P Service.

5. Order Preparation

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipments are made via the Thailand Post, DHL or Fedex with tracking number and delivery against signature depending on the selected shipping method.

6. Delivery

A tracking number is assigned to each order to allow shipment monitoring.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only. As Power Phuket Co Ltd. does not control the entire logistics chain, it cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure.

In the event of a product being out of stock, the customer will be informed by email and a revised delivery timeframe will be provided.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees. These costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.

Customers are advised to group their purchases into a single order. Separate orders may be combined into one shipment when possible.

Special care is taken to ensure that all products are properly packaged and protected. Shipping boxes are selected according to the volume of the order.

Delivery is deemed completed upon receipt of the products by the customer, as evidenced by the customer’s signature upon delivery.

7. Receipt of Goods

Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must carefully check the condition of the package and its contents.

In case of damage, missing items, or visible defects, clear and detailed reservations must be made with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt by registered mail to the relevant carrier.

 Important:

If no reservations are made with the carrier within the legally required time limits, Power Phuket Co Ltd. shall not be able to replace, refund, or reship damaged or missing items free of charge.

8. Returns Policy

If a parcel is:

not collected by the customer, refused upon delivery, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details,

Power Phuket Co Ltd. reserves the right to deduct: outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable return customs duties,

provided that the company is not responsible for the delivery failure.

The customer may request a return within a maximum of 72 hours after receipt of the goods.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

All shipping, return, and any applicable customs costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error attributable to Power Phuket Co Ltd.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 48 hours after payment validation are subject to a cancellation/refund fee of 10% of the total order value.

Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after payment validation are subject to a cancellation/refund fee of 15% of the total order value.

10. Proof and Availability

Computerized records maintained in the information systems of Power Phuket Co Ltd. and its partners under reasonable security conditions shall be considered valid proof of communications, orders, and payments between the parties.

Website stock levels are not updated in real time. Discrepancies may occur between actual and displayed stock.

In such cases, the customer will be informed by email of the revised delivery timeframe and may modify or cancel the order.

If one or more products become temporarily or permanently unavailable, the customer will be notified and may choose to cancel or modify the order.

Any amounts paid in advance will be refunded accordingly.

The unavailability of products shall not engage the liability of Power Phuket Co Ltd.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
